Returns & Exchanges

We stand behind everything we sell. If you are not satisfied with your purchase, you can return it for a replacement or refund (with a few exceptions) within 30 days of your purchase date.

Exceptions

Do to the nature of food items it is simply not possible to return any of our coffees or consumable coffee products. If you’re not satisfied with a consumable item please reach out via email at returns@forthandfurther.com.

Return by Mail

If you’ve purchased apparel or hard goods for which you require a different size or is found to be defective please email returns@forthandfurther.com with a short explanation of the issue. You will hear back directly from us with next steps. We will work to make it right. It will likely require following the info below for acquiring a return label.


Getting a Return Shipping Label

In the case of returning a defective item we will provide a shipping label for you to print and affix to your package. With a Forth & Further shipping label, you can drop off your return at any Postal Service™ facility or mail it directly from your home.
